Randhir S. Tuli

Chairman and CEO

Mr. Tuli has been active in the Southern California healthcare industry since 1991. As an entrepreneur he has shown a successful track record of identifying and building value in healthcare ventures.

In 1993 he acquired and grew a physical therapy company which later was sold to Beverly Enterprises a subsidiary of Matrix Healthcare. Most recently, Mr. Tuli co-founded Specialty Surgical Centers in 1998. He acted as the Managing Partner and grew the company to several centers throughout Southern California averaging 36,000 cases per year with over 140 physician/surgeon partners and annual revenues of more than $38 million. In August of 2005, Specialty Surgical Centers was acquired by Symbion Healthcare (Nasdaq: SMBI).

Mr. Tuli serves on the Executive Committee of Vijay Amritraj Foundation, a charitable foundation to support underprivileged people in India. Recently he was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors for the University of Southern California Care Medical Group Inc.

Payal Gupta

Ms. Gupta initiated and developed Medical Support Systems, which is a successful BPO company in Gurgaon, running end-to-end medical billing processes and medical transcription process for physician practice, family practice and ambulatory surgical centers in the US. In executing a start up with business planning, development and managing operations, she is experienced in implementing key strategic initiatives for the healthcare business process outsourcing industry in India. To enhance the efficiency of the billing cycle, Ms. Gupta initiated the concept of bundling the billing and transcription solutions for her clients.
