SMS Messaging (+3.5¢/message; Min. $25/month*)

Use HIPAA compliant SMS messages to send patient reminders – appointments, recall, balance, health maintenance, telemedicine rating and practice rating. Patient confirmation shows on appointment book. Mass messaging to patients. Secure direct two-way texting with patients.
*Max character limit of 160 characters. Messages greater than 160 characters in length will be sent as multiple messages. Additional passthrough carrier rates may be applied.

Althea Kiosk + Althea Health ($100/provider/month)

Patient check-in kiosk and portal allow patient to enter demographic and clinical information, sign forms, pay patient balance, message, check-in, and more, all pending clinician review. Additionally, patients using iPhones can share data stored in their Health app directly with their provider for viewing within Althea Smart EHR.
