These Terms do NOT apply to any MD Synergy software application, electronic health record (EHR), practice management system, or other hosted platform requiring login credentials. Use of any such services is governed exclusively by a separate written Client Software as a Service Agreement and, where applicable, a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement.
2. Ownership & Intellectual Property
The Website and all content made available through it—including text, graphics, logos, images, and design—are owned by MD Synergy Solutions, LLC (“MD Synergy”) or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content from the Website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without MD Synergy’s prior written consent.
3. Permitted Use
MD Synergy grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Website solely for informational and non-commercial purposes.
